A small private Russian company specializing in development of therapeutic-and-prophylactic foodstuffs and respective manufacturing technologies, has developed a technology for introducing probiotics and prebiotics, as well as vitamin complexes and other useful additives, into therapeutic&prophylactic foodstuffs like wafers, pastry, jams, jellies. A technology for industrial production of muesli is under development.
The company is looking for partners interested in production of these foodstuffs for a technical co-operation, commercial or license agreement.
The offered technology can be implemented with a standard foodstuff production equipment, but the following stages should be added to the production process: 1. preparation of pastry/confectionary paste to introduction of biologically active additives and other components of original compositions; 2. preparation of prebiotics, vegetable, mineral, vitamin and other additives; 3. preparation of prebiotic mass (microcapsuling and other); step-by-step mixing of components to obtain the ready product paste; 4. shaping of pastry/confectionary paste and further packaging stages.

Создана оптимальная технология приготовления продукта, при которой проявляется синергетический эффект от взаимодействия пробиотиков, бифидогенных факторов, витаминов и микроэлементов. Технология включает процедуру получения микрокапсулированной формы комплекса пробиотик-пребиотик, который устойчиво сохраняет биологическую активность в течение полугода при комнатной температуре.
