A diagnostic test system is a compact 16 x 10 x 10 cm kit that includes solid protein matrix in a form of a comb and multicellular bath with operating solutions. The surface of the protein matrix is covered discretely by antigens of different human infectious diseases for multi-purpose diagnosis. The antigens are located on the matrix in a certain order. Results of immunoassay are indicated by color signals in certainly defined zones of antigens location. Methodology for application of immunochips is a surface dot-immunoassay. The test systems offered can be used for detection of the following infections:
1) urogenital infections (chlamydiosis, ureaplasmosis, mycoplasmosis, trichomoniasis, gardnerellosis etc.);
2) TORCH infections (rubella, toxoplasmosis, cytomegalovirus infection, herpes);
3) transmissible infections (HIV, syphilis, hepatitis A, B, C);
4) zoogenous infections (listerellosis, brucellosis, leptospirosis);
5) helminthoses (opisthorchis, lambliasis, toxocariasis).
